This looks pretty good - I will try to commit it in the next few days. You 
don't mention if linux still loads with them, but I'll assume that it does ;)

I'm a bit less happy about these though.  The files they touch aren't ours - 
they come from mainstream grub/etherboot, so as far as I can see, they should 
be submitted to them first (Apologies if upstream has these applied - let me 
know if this is the case and I will sync with them again).

The reiser stuff is definitely straight from upstream, unchanged - I am a 
little less sure about whether we changed etherboot/core/nic.c though - I 
wasn't involved in much of the etherboot work.
