The relevant information: vendor/product id: 0xe8f/0x201 name: SmartJoy FRAG type: PS/2 keyboard and mouse to Xbox adapter ...where "PS/2" means the "standard" (post-80's non-USB) PC keyboard & mouse connector/protocol, and "to Xbox" means xpad (and dancemat?) functionality. Irrelevant speculation / Seeking practical uses for this adapter: 1. This might be a reasonably convinient way to "emulate" a xpad (or a gamepad in general) in Linux with an extra keyboard & mouse set for splitscreen FPS's (Doom Legacy/dEng/...) with two "kb&mouse" sets. 2. In case of sudden USB keyboard and USB mouse (or USB->Xbox adapter) shortage, a PS/2 keyboard & mouse could be used to "emulate" a xpad which in turn is used to emulate a mouse in xbox-linux (Xebian, Cromwell, others?).
