The instructions should be, but aren't at that link.

I have mentioned the SQL error to mist - hopefully he will be able to fix it.

Yes, you'll need CVS installed on your linux system - most already have it
anyway.  There's a single command to check out the kernel source, but I
advise you wait until the instructions page is fixed.

Realistically, you can try to remind them to port the fix from the 2.6
series if you can find someone interested in your problem - better still
would be to port it yourself and send them a patch, assuming you can code
;)
