Someone pointed out that patches for 2.4 are still missing. Oops.

I don't have a working machine to boot test the lot (2.4.19-32),
so these have only been compile tested:

Note, anything pre-2.4.32 won't build with binutils-2.16(.90.1) and
later without (a backport of) this patch:
