LIRC 8.0-pre4 and MS DVD IR dongle

Hi

I am using kernel 2.6.14 on my xbox and wanted LIRC to work with the MS
remote/DVD IRD dongle, so I created an updated LIRC patch for use on my
xbox.

It works for me and I hope that it can be useful for others.
