[input] USB Device - Pelican TSZ360 Controller Support

I picked up a Pelican TSZ360 for use with my PC, and found the xpad
driver to run it. Unfortunately for me, the device wasn't supported,
so I added it.

It's an Xbox 360 pad, default configuration (no turbos or such) so I
just duped the Xbox 360 Controller line, and modified it with the
device codes and reported name that my probe gave me.

Feel free to add the code into your driver and distribution, there
doesn't seem to be any reason why it shouldn't run just fine on an
Xbox (albeit with an adapter dongle).

The line of code I added was to xpad.c (v0.1.6) and was:

I tested this on the Linux 2.6.12 kernel with Kubuntu patches,
self-compiled, and managed to get cat to return ASCII and dmesg to
return 'Pelican TSZ360' as plugged in. I'm on a PIII 800Mhz that seems
to be allergic to OpenGL at present, so I haven't been able to try it
in a game with pad support, but I'd be surprised if it didn't work.

The controller lists its brand (on the casing) as Pelican, however the
USB probe reports 'Electrosource llc' as its manufacturer. If the
driver maintainer wants to change it for the purposes of technical
accuracy, that could be done. I thought it would make it easier to
find, since Electrosource llc doesn't even get a look-in on the
packet.
