Hello,

The recently released version 1.2.1 of the xf86-input-joystick module for=20
X.Org supports joysticks as input devices and provides mouse emulation, whe=
el=20
emulation and even keyboard emulation and is easy to configure for users=20
(through the xorg.conf). It supports all the features of joymouse-linux,=20
except that it only works with X11, not in the text-console.

I'm the maintainer of the xf86-input-joystick module and would like to know=
,=20
if anybody has tested it and maybe consider using it instead of the xpad=20
module mouse emulation and joymouse (developed by me, too. It's ugly). I'd=
=20
like to improve the driver according to users needs.=20
Thanks for feedback.

Sascha

P.S.: Don't forget to CC me since I'm not on the list.
