However an RSA public key is supposed to have a 'd' value which is the 
exponent used for decryption (the 'e' value is the private key which can 
be worked out if you can factor the number above, a process which will 
probably take until all the black holes evaporate).

If the 'd' (exponent) value known, and if so, what is it?
