An engineering client is seeking a Civil Structural Engineer for a temp-to-perm position in their office in the Austin.

Including AutoCAD, please list all design software applications you used and what projects you have designed over the past 7 years? In addition, a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a minimum of 4 years of experience leading and managing design teams in an engineering firm or similar environment is highly desired.
Position will work with other engineering team members to develop design documents and drawings for the plant.
This person will do structural and foundation design for substations and transmission projects throughout the Western US. Using a scale of 1- 10, where 10 is the most competent, rate you software skills using AutoCAD, Softdesk-Land Development Desktop, Stormshed and WWHM. We recited the entirety of that work one evening taking turns -(my memory was better then) - Clark had memorized the Fitzgerald translation - I knew a newer one.
