From the moment "boredom" began they barely stopped until they left the stage for the first time.

But I guess if everyone's behind, no one's behind. Every tune had only
one line of lyrics.

This is how a gig should be. So what am I doing, 15 years later, at the
NEC at a Rush concert? The Social is a small venue in Nottingham city
center, frequented by students from the two universities and this would
be my first gig although I've been in for a beer before now.

Inside the venue all the staff were very helpful but the beer was still
expensive, although not as bad as the cursed NEC. And true to form, it
wasn't, "The Riverflow"played even faster than the previous two numbers,
with Jeremy stood on the drum riser, back to the crowd, bashing his bass
almost to destruction. Unfortunately I arrived a little late for Pure
Reason Revolution and only caught the last track of their set, but what
I heard sounded promising.

A thumping "Libertysong" was the last number before t Rock fans, pop
fans - would this mean that the atmosphere in the crowd was dull, with
mums scowling at you for accidentally pogoing onto their child's foot?
From the moment "boredom" began they barely stopped until they left the
stage for the first time. Anatomy, embryology and histology at the same
time doesn't work.
