Re: Disabling RTC alert

Ok, now I looked in the source code...
I found (linux-2.6.12-rc3/drivers/acpi/sleep/proc.c) the function 
acpi_system_write_alarm() which is called when the file /proc/acpi/alarm is 
written. 
Unfortunately there is no option in this function to disable the RTC alarm.

So there is no way writing something to /proc/acpi/alarm for disabling it :-(
Maybe somebody of the acpi project will insert some code for this 
functionality!?
