ACPI problem with remaining capacity

Hello,
I have install the ACPI driver for linux and now when i try to get the 
remaining capacity of the battery
I still get the same value.
I don't know if it is a hardware or a software problem. It's doesn't work 
in Windows and I have flash my bios.

Does anyone have a solution ?
