Configure CUPS at Console

hey

im using linux(Ubunto) server with NO UI at all,
how can i configure my EPSON Printer from here?

I already installed CUPS. but most of the tutorials for CUPS tells me to access
localhost:631 but like i said i have no UI and i just need to use the console
for setting up the printer. And pls dont suggest to install any console based
web browser cause thats not what we wAnt to do. i want to set-up the printer
with minimum user manipulAtion since ill just build a script.
