I want to print on my parallel port HP Desckjet 722c from mac running OSX using
pnm2ppa driver.

USB/parallel adapter maker [Keyspan UP-6CM(D) ]  warns that any driver must
accomodate the USB/parallel adapter ... anyone know if pnm2ppa does?

If so, will the Keyspan adapter work or can you recommend a USB/parallel
adapter cable you know will work.  If pnm2ppa won't drive the adapter, are
there any other drivers that might do the job?

If I can make all this work nominally, are there any known problems? 
workarounds?
