Hello all, I am using 2 USB printers( Bubblejet:Canon IP3000 & Laser:KyoceraMita FS1010 ) connected to one computer with CUPS. Both printers are running fine. Anyway I have following problem. I need to turn on both printers in the order I have installed them otherwise the USB devs will get exchanged and CUPS cannot find anymore the devices. That is really anoying because each time I want to print something with the bubblejet I need turn on the Laser first. Is there a possibility to tell the USB system that "/dev/usb/lp0" shall be always the laser and "/dev/usb/lp1" the bjet? I am using Slackware 9.1 and 10.2. Thanks in advance Best regards......Sorenzo
