Assuming that You are trying http://localhost:631

username 'root' and the rootpassword will be accepted.

How other users, e.g. standardusers, can be allowed I do not know and maybe
someone else with more and deeper insight can help on this
(there is no .htaccess in doc-root)

The files that are accessed with http://localhost:631 are found in
/usr/share/cups/doc-root/
