More than one.
I suppose you use PS ?
Unless you have the documentation, the following might work :

- Print to file using a windows driver, once with and once without account 
code.
- Examine differences using something as simple as diff :)
- Add the missing line to your PPD at the right place.

This might or might not work - and is probably not trivial.
