HOW TO make_driver_db_cups

I have successully set up printing to my HP960C using printmgr using CUPS. But
I am not able to utalize the correct driver so some printing does not work so
well. When I attempt to change the driver via printmgr I get "...
make_driver_db_cups failed".  The process continues and gives me a list of
drivers to choose from but the 960 driver does not appear. Since I am running
this from printmgr I am just pushing a button and thus I do not know what
paramenters make_driver_db_cups is using so I don't know exactly what is
failing. The distribution is SUSE.
