Hi
We have a print release station (windows 2000) using Pcounter software c=
onnected to a Toshiba estudio 3511 copier. I've installed the PPD driver=
s for the copier and it works great with one small problem, when you ask=
for multiple copies, the release station only recognized it as one copy=
, it will then print multiple copies but only charges the user for one. =
When I asked the release station support people, they mentioned they've =
seen this problem when the printer driver isn't 100% compatable.
Any ideas how I can fix this=3F=20
