Did you find a solution anywhere else? I got the same problem in SuSE 10.1. I
believe it is not a problem of Java as I use the exactly same and stand_alone
JVM (1.5.0.6). It seem not a problem of CUPS, either. I tried to return to a
lower CUPS version (1.1.23.21) of SuSE 10.0, or a higher version (1.200) and
they didn't work. So I doubt if it's a bug of kernel?
