Printing to a Epson Stylus C88 connect to Apple Extreme router using Bonjour

Hi, I am using Ubuntu Dapper. I have a Epson Stylus C88 I would like to print
to. The only way to access the printer is to use Apple Bonjour as it is connect
to a  wireless Apple Extreme router. I have seen Avahi, but I am not sure how
to go about using it. If you have any ideas, it would be much appreciated!
