The latest installer will work on macos 11 Big Sur. You can download it at https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/files/gutenprint-5.3/5.3.3/gutenprint-5.3.3_rev.dmg/download Please note that if you are using one of the new Apple computers with the M1 chip, you will also need to install Rosetta.
