Gutenprint is licensed under the GPL.  This imposes no restrictions of any kind on use; the license
restrictions only come into play if you want to redistribute it to others.

As for whether your printer is supported, you'd have to specify what it is.  Also be aware that we
only support Linux and Macintosh (currently through roughly 10.14); we're having some issues with
Mac support.  We don't support Windows, although anyone who wants to port it is welcome.
