The current version of the macos drivers -- gutenprint-5.3.3_rev.dmg <https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/files/gutenprint-5.3/5.3.3/gutenprint-5.3.3_rev.dmg/download> -- will work with Mac OS X 10.7.x thru Big Sur. You may need to reinstall the drivers after the upgrade. Apple has been known to remove third party drivers during an upgrade.
