OOPS! I apologize, I was trying to let Scott Boyd, the local expert about
this, and inadvertently sent it to you! I am so sorry, as an attorney (but
definitely not an expert on this) I should have been more careful!

But I waill say, this sounds like a neat thing to me! If it weren't
open-source I would suggest consulting an IP attorney -not me, though, i am
an IP attorney, but I m most decidedly not an "ambulance chaser".
