Hi, I am having issues with my canon Pixma MG7520 printer and i think it is the driver (the printer stopped working about 2 years ago). Through a canon help forum, i learned I could try to use Gutenprint driver. My OS is Catalina 10.15.7. I've tried to download the guten print driver but not sure it has done anything. when i turn on my printer it still shows this [image: IMG_7789.jpg] Canon charges $19.99 for a phone calo/support which is ridiculous!
