It seems that adding the new xml-file-names I created to the
appropriate places in multiple Makefile.an files makes things work
better!

Now I am able to get the printer work, no core dumps in the filter
chain, and can print a basic test page from Ubuntu. Yay!

Some more tweaks and testing. Then try to see if I can add support for
the violet cartridge in this Commercial Edition version.

Let me know when you might want patches given the push to get this new
release out.
