EcoTank ET-2810

Hi,

I was looking at adding the ET-2810 in 
gimp-print-source/src/xml/printers/escp2.xml but got a bit overwhelmed 
by the model variations in /gimp-print-source/src/xml/escp2/model/

It uses dye ink.

I read print-escp2.h and print-escp2.c, but it would take a while before 
i figure out anything (i read the manual, but it'll still take a while)

What's the quickest way to get something working that i can look at 
later? I could try random other printers but there's a lot.
