I think I figured all of that out; unfortunately the last set of 
checksums I could find are for 5.3.3, and 5.3.4 included some changes 
that affected the output on nearly every model.

I generated a new set, and that'll do for now.

At minimum, the existing website needs to be brought up to date.  I've 
sorted the printer list, and made a few essential changes so far.
