Perhaps this is an obvious question, but _how_ are you printing things=20
(eg from the cmdline, an appliation, mobile device, etc).

Secondly, what media is loaded into the printer, and what print size did=20
you select when printing? =20

The SELPHY family only allows printing a single size for each size of=20
media.  It is also possible for the loaded ribbon to not match the=20
loaded paper, which would also lead to that error.
