Request to add support for Epson L3210

This single driver have 5 printers
I would be glad if some work is done on it
My main reason for wanting support is CUPS 3 will not have support for IPP
devices
And legacy-printer-app of pappl-retrofit not working for me
It is giving me lots of error no matter what I do
