Small fix to job patch

I posted job-2.6.14-rc2-patch.  It will apply fine to 2.6.13.

The only real difference is some how some brackets went missing in
job_dispatch_getpidlst... resulting in that funtion always returning
-ENOMEM.  It turns out my mini job test suite doesn't catch this.
