New 2.6 kernel pagg patch (bugfix only)

Dean Roe discovered a bug in the pagg patch where we hook in to fork.c.

We moved the pagg_attatch call to after sched_fork.  Otherwise, sched_fork
can zap us.

Find linux-2.6.7-pagg.patch-2 in the regular spot...
