New PAGG patch for 2.6.8

A problem was found with the location of pagg_detach().  In a rare situation,
a kernel panic could occur.  We've moved it back to exit.c do_exit where it
was before.

A new 2.6.8 pagg patch is available.  It's named linux-2.6.8-pagg.patch-3
