To further this along there is now tagged a procps-ng 3.3.17rc1. I'll
upload the tarball to the Sourceforge site so the translators are able to
translate both the programs and the man pages.  The po4a stuff is quite
cute, if it doesn't know how to translate a line, it just leaves it in
English:
   Swap
       These are affected by the --unit option.
       si: Speichermenge aus dem Auslagerungsspeicher geholt (/s).

Give the translators a few days to do their thing and we are right to go.
