Enclosed are two more tarballs.



For newlib I fixed a flaw in that TREE_FOCUS_X provision which surfaces 
when more than one top window is being displayed in forest view mode.



Then for master I implemented the 'F' focus feature just in case there's 
another release beyond 3.3.17.  But if there is, a reminder that the 
master version of top is still missing the following fields which have 
been implemented in newlib:



     LOGID, EXE, smaps_rollup and IO accounting
