  All four should be pushed now. I still need to add the set for master. I
also think I solved the build problems. I wondered why psmisc didn't have
this problem and found I had copied the dist_man_MANS macro into the man-po
Makefile. It's a bit ugly but works.

I ran up a copy of newlib on a Debian FreeBSD machine and it compiled and
passed the checks, so that's good new too.

If you think newlib is ready I can make a rc1 version to send to the
translators. I might have to talk the the coordinator as we might have an
issue with two versions of the same pot files (oldlib and newlib)
