Hi Craig,

The attached tarball contains three minor patches for newlib.

After working with those new cpu utilization fields for awhile now, it 
became apparent the %CUC guy needed an extra column.

Often that field needed to be scaled, especially with build activity. 
And while that's not a problem, aesthetically it's nice to keep those 
decimal points aligned if possible.
