Hi Craig,

Well, my latest programming frenzy has just about run its course.

I feel the new 'Ctrl' bottom window can be more useful if it acts like a
snapshot in time and remains visible until cancelled. This is
especially true if one is exploring command lines for short lived
processes during a compile/build.

So I introduced sticky logic but also included a #define for choosing
between sticky/transitory behavior.

Additionally, I personally got tired of accidentally quitting top via ^C
when I wished to see a task's environment.

So I traded the ^V keystroke for ^N.

The net result is the 5 patches attached.

Thanks in advance for the push.

Regards,

Jim

p.s. This brings the total of my unpublished patches to 10. If you
prefer, I could repackage all 10 (properly numbered) in a new tarball.
