procps-ng 4.0.2 is at RC1

Hi All,
  procps 4.0.2 is now at release candidate 1. This will mainly be used for
translators to update their po files as some translatable strings were
missing.

Version 4.0.2 of procps, once its released, will be uploaded into the main
(sid) distribution of Debian before the freeze occurs in early 2023. The
plan is to be no more 3.3.x releases unless there is some critical bug
found in it.
