procps-ng re-arrangement of Git Branches

Hi,

The procps-ng branches have been re-arranged.

newlib has been renamed to master (again) which is tracking the 4.0.x
releases.
The old master is now renamed to oldlib branch and tracks the 3.3.x code.

Any new updates/releases will be put on the master (4.0.x) branch, oldlib
is there for backporting and history.

To get the current branch
git pull
git checkout master

To get the old branch
git pull
git checkout oldlib
