Many thanks for your interest with my problem.
I tryed the programm Etherboot images (from rom-o-matic and my PC ;-)) for realtek 8029AS PCI
card.
I used different chips with ultraviolet- and electroerase - different
27c256's and winbond w27c512. I've tried 16 kb image, and the glue
together (twice for 256 kbit chip and to fold in four for w27c512).
But there was only one result - PC freeze after POST (with string:
"Press F2 for BIOS, Press F12 for boot from network").
I've attempted with different bioses (new Pentium 4 and oldest
P1-200Mhz) - but wrongly!
At the same time - boot image for diskette works fine!
And the same programmed chips for Realtek 8139D (with proper image insertion)
work fine too!
Can you help me - what else can I try-on?
    Respect for you.
