We have some Microsoft optical scroll wheel mice with USB and a converter to
PS2. We can get the scroll wheels working under PS2, but how do we do this
for USB?

For PS2 we set:
Device    /dev/psaux
Protocol    PS2
Enable mouse wheel support

Auto will always work but it won't enable the scroll wheel.
