Yes it should. Since these are onboard video cards, do they have their own dedicated video memory or do they use a portion of the systems main memory for video memory. If the video card shares main memory can the amount of memory be limited in the BIOS configuration? This would explain why one system works and the other panics. See if this helps. If not please provide some additional info on the client as far as NIC chip set and Vidio chip set as well as the X-Configuration (Color depth, refresh rate, X version) that you set when building the image.
