I am not sure about the initrd mounted rw, but someone else should.

Probably the mount in Busybox  not support smbfs. You might find it
easier to share it out with nfs (something I am not very experienced at,
but you can google "nfs tutorial" or "nfs howto"), since I think Busybox
mount already supports nfs. I think the /opt/pxes-0.5.1(or your version
here)/stock/dist/etc/init.d/rcS file is the one to edit if you need to
add any commands that will happen on startup. You probably already know
to edit the .wine/config file to assign a drive letter to your mount
point once you get that part worked out.
