Hi, 

I think this problem is resolved, and it seems to be broken hardware 
that, as u thought, corrupted the image... 
In fact, after the ramdisk has been found, it shows:
"crc error (6)"

it then continues happily, but fails some seconds later, when init is 
started, or sometimes even a little later when the network is being 
initialized...
