Re: pxes packages

The device files can be created by post install (showing that this
restriction is useless because can be circumvented this way loosing
package control of these files) a script (as PXES Gentoo package does)
or can be eliminated.
As a matter of fact they are there just for the case where devfs=nomount
is specified in the kernel command line (something very unusual and only
intending for debugging mode).
