Rdesktop - frozen keyboard

Hi, All!
Does anybody know - why the keyboard freezed after press
"LeftAlt+Shift". It happens if "XkbCompat" option in XF86Config-4
file is on. When it's commented - "Windows", "Menu" and "NumLock" don't work.
Any advice?
