Are you subscribed to the list? You seem to have asked the same question 2 times, even though the question was discussed in the list.
Anyway....
The answer is yes. Booting will go no problems. You need to have the following services up and running on the server:
    DHCP
    TFTP
    Something for the client to connect to. This is the one you might have problems with. Im not sure what Mac uses for the GUI

I suggets you look for a website with Mac OS X software and see if you can find a DHCP server and a TFTP server.
