Try Microsoft TFTP.

I know this is off topic, but I'm getting desperate.

I have a room of 30 thin clients running PXES 0.7
They boot from a PXE boot rom, then get their kernel and initrd by tftp from
    a windows 2003 server.

Presently I'm running tftpd32 and it seems to overload if three or more
clients are booting at once. I never had this problem with tftpd-hpa under
linux, but dynamic DNS and DHCP require me to serve from the windows box.

What could be making it so slow? Is there another tftpd I should be using
    instead?
